"ह्लाय्योजो"?
ह with ल under it: ह्ल, with आ matra: ह्ला, then य्य: य with य: य्यो, then जो.
"॰ऽज्माह्लाय्योजो॰ ।"

Footnote 2:
"२ क. ख. ॰तां पु॰ ।"

Footnote 3:
"३ क. ख. ॰नां ह॰ ।"

Footnote 4:
"४ क. ॰हिता । अ॰ ।"

Let's look at the symbol in L17 again:
"विभ्राज॑मानाऽ हरि॒णीम्" or "विभ्राज॑मानाꣳ हरि॒णीम्"?
Wait, look at it: it has a top horizontal tick, like an S: 'ऽ' with a tick above it. In many Sanskrit fonts, that is 'ऽ' or 'ꣳ' (Vedic anusvara). In Unicode, it's often transcribed as ऽ or ꣳ. But wait, in the mantra: "विभ्राज॑मानाꣳ हरि॒णीम्"!
Wait, look at L17 again:
विभ्राज॑माना followed by a glyph.
Let's see: is it 'ऽ' (avagraha) or 'ꣵ'?
In old Devanagari typography, a sign like a small curved hook or 'ऽ' with a bar is the avagraha or the Vedic candrabindu/gum.
