Actually, look at line 7:
There is an indent.
First glyph: 'ह' with 'ि' = हि.
Second glyph: 'त्' + 'य'? Look at 'त्य' in "सप्तम्यन्तं" (line 2), "प्रत्ययस्वरेण" (line 5).
In 'त्य', the 'त' is attached to 'य'.
In line 7, look at that cluster: it is 'त' + 'य' = त्य!
