भ्रमप्ररोचकं हृद्यं श्रमक्लमनिबर्हणम् ॥
Wait, is the first word भ्रमप्ररोचकं or अन्नप्ररोचकं?
Look closely at line 16, first word:
अन्नप्ररोचकं!
Look at the first character: it is अ, followed by न्न: अन्नप्ररोचकं!
Compare अ in अपि च (line 9) and आमं (line 15).
It has the left shape of अ, and a conjunct न्न!
अन्नप्ररोचकं makes 100% sense ("appetizing", increasing relish for food - अन्नप्ररोचकं हृद्यं)!
भ्रमप्ररोचकं would mean "causing delusion", which is nonsense alongside हृद्यं श्रमक्लमनिबर्हणम्!
So it is definitely: अन्नप्ररोचकं हृद्यं श्रमक्लमनिबर्हणम् ॥!
