In some manuscripts/editions, typos occur, or let's read the exact shapes of the glyphs on THIS page:
First glyph: 'दृ' (or 'हृ')
Second glyph: 'द' (or 'द्')
Third glyph: 'क्षि'
Fourth glyph: 'भ्या' or 'म्या'?
Look at the image very carefully:
First glyph: It starts with a vertical, goes right, then down, then curves in, with a bottom curl ृ. That is 'हृ'!
Wait, look at 'दृ': 'द' starts with a top bar, goes down, loops right, curves down.
Here, it starts from the top bar with a short vertical, then a horizontal, then... wait, look at 'ह' in 'जहातेर्हे' (line 8) or 'हुवः' (line 15). That is 'ह'.
Look at 'हृ' in line 11 (श्यास्त्याहृतृ...): it is 'ह' with 'ृ'.
Now look at the first character of 208:
It looks identical to 'दृ': curved back, tail with ृ: 'दृ'!
Then the second character: 'द'!
Third: 'क्षि'!
Fourth: 'भ्या'! Wait, look at the top bar: the top bar of 'भ' is broken in modern fonts
