Look at 'य' in line 2: 'यथा', line 4: 'पराच्येव'.
Look at line 8: after 'च्छा', there is 'यै' or 'द्यै'?
Wait, look at 'यै': it's just 'य' with two matras on top: 'यै'!
Wait, then it is "आत्मच्छायैककर्मकम्"?!
"आत्मच्छाया" = reflection of Atman!
"आत्मच्छायैककर्मकम्" = having for its sole object the reflection of the Atman (चिदाभास / आत्मच्छाया)!

Because the very first verse (line 1) says:
"चिदाभासयुतां बुद्धिं विशिषन्ति सुखादयः ।"
चिदाभास IS आत्मच्छाया (the reflection/shadow of the Self)!
So the cognition "अहं दुःखी" has as its sole object the reflection of the Self: "आत्मच्छायैककर्मकम्"!
AND then:
"आत्मन्यारोप्यते भ्रान्तैर्विद्वद्भिश्श्रोपचर्यते ॥"
