118 SIVAGNANA BOTHAM.
IN PRAISE OF MEIKANDA DEVA.
The Saint Meikanda Deva has translated together
with reasons and illustrations for the benefit of mankind,
the great Sivagnana Botham which was graciously given
out by Nandi at the earnest entreaties of my master Sanat-
kumara.
Let me worship the teacher who has translated, in
Tamii, Sivagnana Botham which, like the mirror reflecting
a great mountain, contains in itself all the truths contained
in all the learned Shasters.
