- Lines 9–15: For the increase of religious merit, the village of Vāsumanvarikā is granted to Brāhmans of various gotras and śākhās (Vatsa-Bhāradvāja, Kāṇva, Vātsya, Vaiyāghrapadya, Śāṇḍilya, Vābhrava, Kautsa, Kauṇḍinya).
- Boundaries: On the east, the boundary of Korapāraka; on the south, the summit ridge of the Varāhari mountain; on the west, the boundary of Sirīshapadraka; on the north, the boundary of Maṇvarikārdha.
- Lines 15–21: The grant is made an Agrahāra, with udranga and uparikara, free from the entry of royal irregular and regular troops (a-chāṭa-bhaṭa-prāveśya), exempted from all taxes and forced labor (sarva-vishṭi-parihāra). Concluding with the customary benedictive and imprecatory verses ascribed to Vyāsa.
